Most people don't know that travel agent commissions are built into hotel and travel packages by the supplier. When you book on your own you don't get a discount and that money goes right back to the supplier. In many cases if you book through me, you get extra perks and benefits! I work within your budget, and typically come up with the exact same prices if not lower than what you would find by yourself with an online booking engine.
There are no upfront or out of pocket fees for my service with established clients, DCSD school district employees, and referrals from organizations, friends, family, and established clients.
Researching the perfect trip takes time and unfortunately I have spent countless days researching the perfect trip for the client to book on their own or with another site even when the price is the same. As such, I charge non-referral new clients a 40$ (100$ for groups) research fee that is credited back to your trip when you book it.

In most cases you can still earn loyalty points when booking through Voilà Travel Service. In some cases I can even help book part of your reservation with points. Want to book with preferred partners? No problem! Want to book that deal your preferred program sent you? Send it my way! In most cases, I can honor that too!

Yes. In this day and age travel insurance is not a luxury it's a necessity. I highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unexpected situations. I include an insurance quote in every travel proposal. If you choose not to purchase insurance I will send you a waiver form to sign.
