From Islands to Adventures: Learning Without Limits

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Autism Certified Travel Professional, and the founder of ABA CON and Voilà Travel Service, LLC. After more than 28 years supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, I recognized a missing piece—our community needed a space to travel, rest, and grow together.

That insight led to the creation of ABA CON, a continuing education experience designed specifically for BCBAs and RBTs. Hosted both at sea and at all-inclusive resorts, ABA CON blends CEUs, connection, and community in inspiring, restorative environments. It’s one of many ways I aim to support those who support others.

I also plan custom team-building retreats for ABA agencies, designed to help staff recharge, reconnect, and feel valued. Whether your team prefers the calm of the Caribbean or the culture of a European city, these experiences are crafted with intention and care.

As a BCBA who’s worked in homes, schools, and districts across the western U.S., I’ve trained teams, led IEPs, supported teens through transitions, and partnered closely with families. I know firsthand how critical it is to pause, reflect, and rekindle our passion for the work.

Through Voilà Travel Service, I combine my clinical background and travel expertise to make travel more accessible, intentional, and rewarding for the autism community and the professionals who serve it. These thoughtfully designed retreats allow BCBAs and service providers to focus on their professional growth while enjoying a restorative experience. Each one reflects everything I believe in: community, care, and access for all.
